💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy – DevBee

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy for all DevBee clients.
1. Upfront Payments
All projects require a 30% upfront deposit before any work begins. This secures your booking in our schedule and covers initial setup, planning, and resource allocation.
2. Client Cancellations
Before Work Begins:
- You may cancel your project and request a full refund of your deposit provided work has not yet started.
- If third-party services (e.g. domain registration, hosting, premium plugins) have already been purchased on your behalf, those costs will be deducted from the refund.
After Work Has Started:
- If work has already begun, you may still cancel your project.
- In this case, your 30% deposit will not be refunded, and we may offer a partial refund based on how much work has been completed.
3. DevBee Cancellations
In rare cases, if we need to cancel the project (e.g. due to unforeseen internal issues or unresolvable communication breakdown):
- You will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus any third-party services already purchased and used on your behalf.
4. Time-Based Cancellation
If a client fails to provide necessary information or feedback within 30 days, the project may be placed on hold or cancelled. No refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed.
5. Revision Limits & Extra Work
We include up to 3 rounds of revisions for each project. Additional revisions or change requests beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.
6. Services Not Eligible for Refund
- Completed work that has already been delivered and approved
- Third-party costs (e.g. domains, hosting, licensed themes or plugins)
- Ongoing maintenance and SEO services already rendered
- Social media ads already run through your budget
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
