These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with DevBee, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Who We Are

DevBee is a digital agency based in the UK, offering web development, SEO, social media management, and Shopify solutions to clients both locally and internationally.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

• WordPress and Shopify development
• Custom website design
• SEO (local and national)
• Social media management
• Paid advertising (Google & Meta platforms)
• Ongoing website maintenance
• Content creation (if client does not supply their own)

3. Project Timelines

• Standard websites are typically delivered within 7 working days of receiving complete project requirements and any content or images.
• Larger or custom projects may take longer and will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

4. Payments

• A 30% upfront payment is required before any work begins.
• Remaining balance is paid in flexible instalments as agreed in your quote or contract.
• Custom pricing is available based on specific project needs.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• If a client cancels before work begins, a full refund will be issued (excluding third-party costs, if any).
• If work has started, a partial refund may be given, minus any time, labour, or expenses already incurred.
• If the client cancels after work has started, they may lose the 30% deposit.
• If DevBee cancels, the client will be refunded all payments collected to date (excluding third-party fees already spent on the client’s behalf).

6. Revisions

We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction. Additional revisions may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

7. Ownership & Rights

Once full payment is received:

• You own the final website or marketing materials delivered.
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party plugins, APIs, or platforms (e.g. hosting providers like GoDaddy, Contabo, or analytics tools) to deliver services. You are responsible for any separate costs related to these tools unless otherwise agreed.

9. Communication

We offer flexible communication through:

• Email
• Scheduled calls
• Our own secure CRM

You’ll always be kept updated throughout your project.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all project details and client information as confidential. We will not share your details with any third party except as required for service delivery or legal obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver secure, high-quality work, DevBee is not liable for:

• Loss of earnings due to downtime, delays, or errors after handover
• Client misuse or failure to maintain website security
• External factors such as hosting outages or 3rd-party software failures

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the UK courts.

13. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Any updates will be posted on our website with the updated date.
